I am looking at some used BG's on Craigslist and one listing had diapers used by two children and they are 18 months old. Would they have much life left in them? What are the oldest diapers you would buy?

Did they say how often they were used? I'd look at things like whether the elastic is relaxed/worn out, the PUL is intact, etc. I'd buy them if they were a really good deal and in good condition!

The picture of the Velcro ones the Velcro looked pretty worn, but I only want the snap ones. 18 months and two kids sounds like a long time, but I am not sure. They are only asking $10 each. I'll have to look at the elastic.

I wouldn't buy them probably.thats a ton of use! It depends how big their stash was too though. Diaperswappets is a great place to buy used.

@tlcbaby: oops sorry, typo Diaperswappers . If you're ever looking for a specific brand, there are lots of Facebook buy/sell/trade groups but they're a little stressful (I think). Where I used to live, Kansas City, had a local cloth diaper facebook group that did buy sell trade as well - you could look in your area!
