We use them. Just water. I had a wipes solution but LO had issues with it and with all the allergy ring rashes we were having from food our doctors recommended just water.

We use Thirsties Fab wipes and GoodMama wipes (100% loop terry not the designer ones). We had some Kissiluv flannel wipes and I intended to make some from flannel receiving blankets, but I hate the way flannel gets pilly after a few washes so we sold them (wouldn't want that on the bum). I think OBV and CV is just awesome for a wipe! Grippy yet thin enough and one wipe is all you need!

I cut up old receiving blankets and sewed them together.

I also received some grovia cloth wipes and they were amazing!!! Super soft and absorbent.

Our solution was a little baby soap, water and essential oils. I mixed it up, lemon, tea tree, eucalyptus or lavender.

We use a spray bottle with water + a little Dr. Bronner's Baby-Mild soap mixed in.

We bought Thirsties Fab Wipes and loved them. We used them with plain water.

We have a combo of BG ones, flannel leftovers, and Birdseye organic cotton. We have around 50? We use California baby bum spray diluted 10:1.

I use water & made my own with flannel/terrycloth & flannel/nubby fleece.

@Mrs. Chalk: we are potty training our 2yo now. We use the cloth wipes to clean the bowl. We've moved our diaper pail to right outside the bathroom. But you're right, we don't use as many as when we were exclusively CDing.
