My daughter requested chicken nuggets for her birthday party. I don't want to spend $70 on Chick Fil A nuggets, so I'm searching for a good chicken recipe instead. I don't want to have to cook anything during the party or right before the party. I think I'd like to do chicken skewers. I need a good marinade for the chicken.

Suggestions? Any tried and true chicken marinade recipes that would make the chicken taste good cold? I'll serve ketchup and ranch on the side for dipping.
