OK people.. I need comfy leggings that accommodate for mommy belly. I'm thinking maternity leggings but much tighter around the belly to keep the belly under control. But definitely thick waistband going above the belly button. I am seriously considering somehow just altering my many pairs of maternity leggings...!!

Have you tried the brand Jag? They have panel jeans, not sure about leggings, but it might be worth a look.
They're not maternity, but have a smooth waist, I get mine at zappos.

I have the "Milan" leggings from Yummielife.com which come up around the belly button! It's like a Spanx knock off. They are $$ though and I don't really love how leggings look on my body so I hardly ever wear them. They are super comfy and they suck in eeeeeverything.

I'd want this too! I feel like so many leggings hit right across my squishiest part which is just highlighted in my tunics. I thought it was because I'm kind of tall.

Blogger Mandy of OMG! I'm a Mom blog suggested a pair of awesome leggings awhile back. Unfortunately, she took her blog down so I can't look it up. If you know her personally or knows someone that does, I'd hit her up and inquire!
