Here's our coming home outfit for baby boy:
With the little elephant socks and there's a knitted elephant cap. Wanted something snuggly but not a sleeper : )

We are team green, and I am hoping to use this set (if it fits our LO, otherwise I have a boy and a girl option that is smaller). http://www.albeebaby.com/petunia-pickle-bottom-boys-social-set-retro-tile-0-3-months.html

I brought 2 onsies, different sizes. I knew she'd be big so I wasn't sure newborn would fit, but it did. They were both button up the front because I was terrified of hurting her little head.

I planned on a Restoration Hardware baby Silver Sage onesie and yoga pants, but they were too big, so we used a newborn sleeper from Carters instead.

@sorrycharlie: thanks, it's actually a 'burp cloth' that came with his name suit and name hat, but for the first month, I used it as a blanket cover on top of his blanket when we went out and about in his car seat.
