My 11 month old has had a diaper rash for 2-3 months straight. It's not severe although it occasionally flares up before going back down to a mild level, and it generally doesn't seem to bother him, but it's driving me CRAZY! It's only around his privates, not his butt, and I feel like I've tried everything. Desitin, Triple Paste, Aquaphor, Butt Paste, Nystatin, antifungal cream, hydrocortisone cream, putting on nothing but keeping the area very clean and dry, tons of naked time, none of of it has helped. I've done all of these things and combos of them for over a week straight and occasionally it will seem to be almost better, and then go right back to how it typically is.

What would you do? Is there something you can think of that I haven't tried? None of the pediatrician's advice is working and I'm getting pretty desperate.

ETA: I've also changed the kind of diapers and wipes and laundry detergent and body wash that we use, no difference.
