In the last week or so we've started offering DD small quantities of solids at dinnertime. We're planning to do mostly BLW/finger foods, and she's had small pieces of banana, avocado and peaches. I'm not super dogmatic about my approach to solids, so I decided to see how she'd like a purée a few nights ago and she was OBSESSED with it. As a result, she ended up having, what I realize in retrospect, was more than she should have. She hasn't pooped since (2.5 days ago).

I know it's not uncommon for some babies to go days without popping, but DD is very much a 2x/day pooper. I also am aware that the introduction of solids can change the regularity of BMs, and/or cause some constipation at the beginning as their systems get used to them.

Anyhow, DD appears to be uncomfortable. She's not straining, but she has lots of gas and has been waking up more than usual at night.

So far I've tried: Boiron homeopathic gas drops, abdominal massage, warm baths, abdominal massage while in a warm bath, and prune purée. Still no poop.

What should I do next? I'm really hoping to avoid having to give her a suppository, but I will if this persists.
