Which would you choose? Any other ideas? I cannot decide! I am due with LO #3 in Dec. My oldest will be 3.5 and middle 1.5. I am looking for an option to click our car seat (britax b safe 35) into since we have bad winters. We have an old mountain buggy urban double that we will keep. I am most interested in a large sunshade and storage. Also need to be able to put it into my van, so not sure how I will do with weight. Also considering a bob duallie but again- the weight. Thank you in advance!

I have a contours. It has good shade and a massive basket. It handles fine and it folds easily, but it is 35 pounds and it doesn't roll once it's folded which is a serious flaw. But before this stroller I had a Phil and Ted's double, so it feels suuuuuper long to me. I don't love it. My kids are 27 months and 3 months. I've also worn the baby and used it with two 2yos. But the price is hard to beat. If price wasn't an issue I'd have gotten a Britax or another Phil and Teds.

I was considering a Contours Options Elite and got pretty negative feedback on my local moms group. They said it was fine for little babies (twins in car seats), but not so good once the kids are older and in the regular stroller seats. The complaints were that it was heavy and hard to steer. No one had kept it beyond one year (three separate families).
I ended up getting a used City Select (paid less than a new contours) for my then 3 year old and 1 year old, and have been happy. It's heavy, but maneuvers really really well. Storage basket is awesome and I believe it takes most car seats (you may need adaptors). You can also add a busy board and wheel 3 kids!

I have the options elite. I like it! I have a double city mini too and they both have pros and cons IMO! I don't find it that difficult to steer.. Takes some effort one handed if I have a baby in the other or something but it's certainly not impossible.

FWIW, I got mine online at bed bath and beyond with a 20% coupon, free shipping and Ebates, so it wasn't much beyond 200.

I went with the britax because I discovered that the side by side are much easier to steer. It fits pretty easily through every doorway I have encountered, which has been a plus! I also like that you don't have to remove a seat to fold it and put it in the car. It is definitely heavier than a single, but still pretty manageable to get in and out of the car. I am really glad I went with a side by side instead though.
