Maddox started crawling today and while I'm excited, I'm really sad. I feel like this totally changes everything. We have our special time before daycare each morning when I pump and he plays on the floor next to me. This AM he just took off! It just seems like this is a milestone that really changes the game. I'm so sad

Aw, a new milestone is exciting, but yes... sad because it means your baby is growing up (so fast) It's hard to believe Mavrick was as small as Sienna is. thank goodness for photos.

@Mrs. Stroller: Oh yes, I know the feeling. My LO set a new record yesterday: 14 steps. 14! He's going to be walking for real any day now. So bittersweet.

I too was sad when DD started crawling but more because it meant I couldn't walk away for a few minutes and know she wouldn't get into anything while I was gone.

I did
I don't like that I can't just play with her in one spot. Now she's off on her own adventure to explore EVERYTHING she can crawl to. So sad...
