The nursery for baby TTT is coming along quite well! When it's all done, I'll be sure to post lots of pictures, but I need a little help with one portion of the design.

I knew I didn't want to have a traditional mobile that attached to the crib as they aren't really my style. However, I wanted to make something to hang from the ceiling that was modern, yet playful. I found this on etsy and decided to try to make one myself:

After spray painting part of an embroidery hoop black and punching out a million stars in colored card stock, I did one strand with fishing line and realized I didn't love the idea as much as I thought I did.

Then, as we made progress in the nursery, I realized my plan for having just two standing lamps for lighting wasn't going to work and that we would need a light fixture for the ceiling, as well. Due to the long narrow shape of the room, I thought it might look strange to have two things hanging right next to each other: the light in the middle and the mobile over the crib.

So, I started looking at decor to hang on the wall above the crib. There are so many options (and so many more I don't know about) for this type of decor and now Mr. TTT and I are stuck!

Should we do bunting, like this?

Something like this, with his name?

Or something painted on the wall, like in Baby Yoyo's nursery?

What do you think? Do you have any other ideas that I have yet to discover?
