I'm thinking of getting a crib that is one height on all 4 sides. Since we are having twins, I want the ability to reach in on any side. Plus, we will probably move a few times in the next 2 years so I want to be flexible.
1) If you are short and/or have short arms, do you ever have trouble reaching into the crib to get the baby? Do you ever need a stool or need to stand on your tippy toes to reach the baby?
2) Does anyone have a crib that is not the same height all around and have the crib in a position where you have to walk around to grab the baby? Like this. (Notice the crib is in the middle of the room.) Do you ever wish you had the ability to reach in from any side to get the baby?

Second photo is how our room probably will be laid out. See, we need to access the crib from 3 sides.

Just wondering if I'm over thinking this. Though, maybe it's not a problem with one baby but might get annoying with two or more babies.
