Just stumbled upon this Pat the Bunny set and bought it for my LO's Easter basket. I wanted to get her something, but she's only 8 months old. I think this is perfect! Thought I'd share in case anyone else is looking for gift ideas for babies!

Our daughter will be nine months on Easter, and we just finished her basket. But now I want that set! I raided the clearance rack, and we've already included:
Pinwheel (that I'll probably attach to her stroller)
Bubbles
Rubber duck (with rabbit ears)
Bunny ear headband
A lift-the-flap book about the spring season
An Ella's Kitchen pouch in a flavor she hasn't tried
....Pat the Bunny can squeeze on in there, right?

So cute! If I hadn't just decided to use stuff we already have that our 3-month-old hasn't even seen or played with yet, we would definitely get it!
We're giving her:
-a duck rattle toy
-A stuffed bunny toy in pajamas...it's super-cute (we got it as a shower gift)
-"The Story of Easter" board book (a religious board book about Jesus' resurrection)
-"The Runaway Bunny" board book
She will have no idea what's going on, but I'm excited to start a tradition! I'm also going to try to find my old Easter basket while I'm at my parent's house this weekend!

@deerylou: I got her a bunny ear headband, too. I don't think I'm going to get her anything else as she won't know the difference anyways. A pouch is a good idea, though! DH wants me to get her Reese's eggs so he can eat them.

@lawbee11: Oh, it's completely unnecessary and silly, considering her age, but I've always really liked Easter, and felt like being festive. I'm sure I'll pick up some candies for my husband....and myself.

I got that set when dd was a newborn. I just stumbled across it while cleaning out her closet so am going to put it in her easter basket, lol!

@lawbee11: Hmmm, using your DH's logic I'm totally going to get my 3-month-old lots of Reese's eggs...she'll get them through my breastmilk if I eat them all, right?
