I'm so excited! D's been getting more confident with standing on his own (he's been cruising for months, and for the last week or so he would stand by himself, and excitedly make "crab hands" and then sit down), and after tricking him into taking 1-3 independent steps over the last few days, today he TOTALLY got it and was walking around (in short bursts) continuously when I got home from work. He falls down and gets right back up (by himself, without pulling on anything). I think he'll get the hang of it soon!
When I found out he had cerebral palsy I thought this day may never come, and to have him walking at 16 months (14 months adjusted) is just sooo awesome.
Just wanted to share a little ray of happiness
