Do you use a real alarm clock, your phone or something else like personal wake ups from your SO?
I just started using my phone the past year, before that it was a real alarm.
ETA: or a LO...duh! How'd I forget that one?? Lol

Personal wake ups. I really hate alarms, so my hubs wakes me once he's out of the shower & dressed.

Phone if I'm temping. If I'm taking a lil' break (after AF arrives) DH wakes me. Well, let's be honest, usually I fall back asleep after I temp, so he has to come wake me up anyway

Phone! I like that if I find out I have an early meetings or call I can set my alarm for the next morning right there before I forget.

Most days it's a personal wake up from little miss M . If I'm going to work it's my phone alarm at 5:20. Ouch.

I'm weird and I actually wake up right when I have to get up everyday. I keep my phone by my bed to check the time but I never set the alarm.

I have animals that apparently can tell time. Especially the cats.

Phone... can't remember when we stopped using an actual alarm clock. Maybe 3 years ago?
