@Sams Mom: I would LOVE for you guys to all get you BFPs with me so I can be a part of that shit show!
Wishing you luck that this is the cycle for you!
@kaohinani: thank YOU for being equally sweet and supportive you always provide thoughtful advice and insight that is appreciated by all!
@smuckers: YAY for not ectopic! Fingers and toes crossed for your little bean to stick and for a heartbeat soon!!

@Sams Mom: Grasp away -- we all need and love hope. Besides, I get it ... I am far more reserved IRL but I find I can allow my "crazy flag fly" here as I share random stuff ranging from TTC stress to lightning crotch mid-cycle and DH's and my BD-ing schedule to changes in cervical mucous. ππ€£ I have far less of a filter because (except for my fear of offending someone accidentally), we are all here in the POAS community with the same goal and with no to limited judgments. It is nice to have all you ladies when one (such as myself) doesn't have the most amazing support system for TTC while dealing with infertility.
As for the adoption... I am so excited and hopeful it pans out. π€π€π€

@bananasareyellow: woohoo!! Congrats on your bfp!! Canβt wait to see it darken, keep us posted!

@bananasareyellow: Beautiful! I love seeing such a nice progression! Are you going to call for betas soon? I'm curious about your numbers at 8 dpo ... THAT must have been an early implanter!
So excited for you (... and sitting here at 7 dpo just a tiny bit jealous.
).

@Kaohinani: I'll call today and see what they say. I'm going out of town next week so it would be nice to have an idea of whether this is going to stick before then.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@bananasareyellow: Oooh, I hope they can fit you in! π€ I want some more good news. Shall I wait to put you on the board (as we are with smuckers)?
Incidentally, I had ordered OSOMs last cycle but never used them. Come to find out, they sent the Urine tests (20 MIU) when the Combo was advertised. The Combo (blood/urine) which you use is the super sensitive (less than 10 MIU) tests. Boy, am I peeved. IDK if the other ladies know to order the combo but now I'm stuck with 25 tests that I probably won't use bc they have a higher MIU than my FRERs and ICs. Stupid Amazon!
cherry / 146 posts
@Kaohinani: Oh that sucks! The combos (from my personal experience with lots of pee sticks and corresponding betas) detect down to around 1 miu. I'm guessing my beta today would be around 4-6? I have no experience with the urine ones myself. Feel free to put me down as a bfp!

@bananasareyellow: thatβs an amazing line for 8 dpo! Love seeing it get darker!! Wahoo!

@LAZB: How is life on the flip side? I hope everything is awesome!

Ok itβs official, Iβm obsessed with POAS. I think after today I will stop is it weird that I like seeing the pink lines?! My husbandβs response was, βyou peed on another one?!!β Yesterdayβs is up top and this morning is on the bottom:

@Mrs. K: WOW! Those are awesome-looking .... Today's is crazy-dark! What dpo would you be today?
apricot / 308 posts
@Kaohinani: if I ovulated βon timeβ Iβm 14 dpo and AF is due in a day or two. My cycles have been 30-32 days long, 31 being the average. I think I may have ovulated late because my first test was at 10 dpo and was really light. Either that or baby implanted later? Itβs relieving tosee it finally dark.

@Mrs. K: Still, beautiful progression of lines! Uber happy for you!

@Kaohinani: thank you! canβt wait to see more people pop up with BFPs in the next week!!

@Mrs. K: I know! November was pretty exciting but it appears that December is, indeed, the lucky month so far!
π€π€π€ I'm hoping to see a bevy more in the next week and in early January (whether or not I'm included is yet to be seen.
).

@Kaohinani: I want so much for your BFP to be this month! I would be ecstatic to share the next 9 months together on a due date board!
sprinkling allllll the baby dust!!

2nd beta draw done, will get results later today. Still feel pretty neutral about the outcome, but for some reason I'm nervous to hear the results? Probably just because I want to KNOW one way or the other (though even if they've doubled, I'm still spotting so even that won't be a KNOW kind of situation). The spotting is so so light. [TMI ALERT] I've been wearing pads for the past 3 days and there hasn't been ANYTHING showing up on them, only when wiping. [END TMI ALERT]. Cramping has stopped, though, so that's nice!
I feel so guilty that I haven't been interacting with everyone on the board as much as you all have been interacting with me. Congratulations to all of the ladies who got their BFPs this month, and I hope everyone else who is trying gets theirs soon!
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@smuckers: You have SOOOOOO much on your mind and so much going on that I do not believe that anyone would hold anything against you. I will be anxiously waiting to read the results. π€π€π€

@Kaohinani: Thank you At least I've been decent about updating, lol. You ladies knew it wasn't ectopic before my DH did
(he's a SAHD and was potentially with a napping DD, so I waited to see him in person vs. texting or calling).

@Kaohinani: good! Just had my ultrasound and baby is measuring 6w1d (a day behind) and had a heartbeat of 106! So relieved

@SupernovaJ: Aw, you are such a sweetheart! December has been looking pretty spectacular for BFPs, hasn't it?!?
I'm hoping everything is amazing with you (& and all the ladies on the June Mamas Board)!

Holy crap you guys are busy today! Good thing kaohinani emailed me the Cliff notes! The only thing I have to add today is I'm confident ovulation will be confirmed today CD10. Also my sister confused a very important part of the possible adoption... The mom is 5-6 months!!! Not 5-6 weeks
apricot / 390 posts
@Sams Mom: I'm so sorry, but I think I missed something. Do you potentially have the opportunity to adopt?? That's amazing! I hope it works out in the way that is best for all parties involved

@LAZB: beautiful picture! congrats hun!
@petitduck: Good luck and keep us posted on how the scan goes!
