I feel like banging my head against a wall. There's an event that happens at the end of each year, where 4 area schools collaborate together and plan the event. I'm in the middle of this super frustrating email exchange. I feel like being super snarky, but I need to be professional. Anyway, read on:

2nd email (from me):

We’d love to participate again this year. I’ve forwarded the dates to my principal to check the dates against other activities.

Thanks,
(me)

3rd email (from 3rd person CCd in original email, sent only to me):

(me),

Those will most likely not be the dates. We have to review them as a group.

4th email:

(from me to her): Yes, I know. I still need to check and see what conflicts our school might have with those dates—we have a lot of field trips toward the end of the year.

Thanks,
(me)

(her to me, again)

We need to meet as a group - these will not be the date we use.

I mean....wtf, lady? I UNDERSTAND what you are saying and I am telling you that I am not taking time out of my day to meet up with a group UNTIL I KNOW THE DATES that will work for our school. Also, her "tone" is pretty rude on that last one, right? How would you respond? =)

I'm only coming up with really snarky responses.
