We are planning on using disposable diapers and I'm wondering if I need a diaper pail or can just use a regular trash can? Do you have a diaper pail you love and would recommend?
We live in a one-story house so taking the trash out daily is not a hassle.

We have a Diaper Genie. It contained the stink very well. I think even if you take out the trash everyday, a dirty diaper sitting in the garbage will start to smell pretty quickly.

In my opinion you need something to contain the stink particularly after your LO starts solids.
However, if you are committed to flushing poop down the toilet, the stink isn't so bad and you could probably live without the diaper pail and just use a trash can with a lid.

Only had it for 5 weeks but we love the Ubbi so far. Great that you can just use regular kitchen bags in it! And it's pretty chic looking, as far as diaper pails go
