My LO has had this on and off rash for months. We've gotten different creams and nothing was working. At our last visit the doc suggested an over the counter steroid. So for a week now I've been putting a thin layer and covering with a zinc oxide cream. It is finally working!!! I'm so excited it has significantly faded when nothing else was working. So here's the question- the bottle says to discontinue use after a week, but should I keep using it until it is 100 percent gone? or stop the steroid and maybe just continue the zinc oxide? I am so excited something is working but scared that it will come back since it has so many times before...
