My lo has a diaper rash that even triple paste can't seem to cure this time around! Any suggestions? Her bright red bum makes me so sad!

I know how you feel. My DS had a severe rash a few days after he was born. He has very running bm due to his allergy to cow milk formula. Like me, my son has very sensitive skin so even the most sensitive wipes made his rash worst.
What helped for him was changing his diaper frequently, every 1.5-2 hours, regardless if he had a bm or not. I would take the wipes, rinse off good with warm water, then wipe his bm off of his bottom. Then I made sure to rinse his bottom with warm water afterwards, not using soap. I made sure his bottom was dry before putting his diaper back on and adding triple paste to prevent anymore rash. He has been rash free since.
I think the key here is to keep the bottom dry and clean whenever possible.

Desitin extra strength works for us (the purple tube). Butt paste and other remedies don't work for us.

Another vote for coconut oil! If you're sure it's not yeast, breast milk is good as well.

The best we've found for LO is Grandma Els. A friend's LO had a recurring rash that was bleeding, so they started probiotics to make her poops healthier. It helped immensely!

Dr. Smith's. I liked it better than all of the other options we tried for a non-cloth friendly choice.

Weleda Calendula creme. It's the only thing that made a difference, plus air and using just water for washings.
