Help! LO has her first diaper rash every (at 13 mo so I guess we've been lucky). Started Wed and only getting worse so far. She's usually in CD but I've put her in disposables (ones she's worn before no issues), using zinc cream, changing frequently, diaper free time when possible, and just started lotramin last night. She has 2 little areas that are started to open up. Daycare just called because they're concerned it's so bad and not getting better! I've tried to read through HB posts to find ideas, but let me know what worked for you when nothing else did, I need some fresh ideas! Her teacher suggested triple paste, I did buy the 40% zinc cream (up&up) but only brought her Dr. Smith's (10%) to daycare so that probably wasn't the best plan. Also brought the water wipes to daycare but we're using wet cloths at home. She's having runny poops which are either from drainage from her prolonged daycare cold, teething (I suppose it could always be that, no active teeth right now) or a stomach bug - except she's acting fine and eating fine.

Give me your ideas! She's going to be a naked wild child this weekend I think to try and get this to clear up but I want to see if there is anything else worth trying! What was your magic treatment? Or maybe I need to be more patient...how long until the lotrimin worked for you?
