I know a lot of babies have a hard time sleeping without being swaddled. M is not one of those babies. I like to put her in a swaddle when we've got the temperature on below 80, though because I think the house is chilly. Does anyone else do this?

we double and triple swaddled olive all the time to keep her warm when she was a newborn (she was born in the winter too). we kept a hat on her too!
she had trouble maintaining her body temp her first week of life so when she wasn't in the hospital warmer, she was triple swaddled.

I didn't do that since she was swaddled for sleep so I wanted her to be free at other times.

@Andrea: Oh yeah, I don't swaddle her during the day, just at night and only when I think she's cold. Haha.

@mediagirl: haha, that sounds fine. I needed to give DD some kind of break from being swaddled to death! She really needed it to sleep.

@Andrea: She's not addicted to the swaddle, but I think she is getting addicted to her swing. She sleeps soooooooooooo well in it. I LOVE it. Hahahahha. It's like a babysitter for me when I need to get stuff done.
