My 15 month LO has been driving us crazy with 5:15 am wakeups. She goes to bed at 7:30..we have tried moving it up and back to see whether that had any effect on wakeup time, but with no success.
I have been holding out for her daycare transition to one nap, which is happening next week. My hope is that after she transitions, she will stretch out her nighttime sleep a little longer ... an hour would be glorious!
Anyone have success with this? Or remember what happened to nighttime sleep after transition to one nap?
I think it works for most people though, I say try it!
