We didn't buy a single ornament. We had plenty from years past. I guess we'll start next year since Charlie will be old enough to remember his ornament then!

Yup, got one for each kid. LO is very into planes lately so we got him one of a plane. He loves it. Hopefully, he'll remember in future Christmases.

No, but we got two as gifts and then I did an ornament exchange with friends. So I guess I did buy one, just didn't end up with it.

We bought all but four of our ornaments this year since it was our first time having our own tree up. We got a bunch of round ones and a surfer Santa for our first year in Hawaii.

Yes, I buy a Hallmark picture frame ornament every year!

Not for us, but we bought a 1st Christmas one for LO. She also received 6 as gifts! & we made salt dough of her hand print & feet prints

I bought some cheapie ones since it was our first time having a tree & I got one to commemorate our wedding (last year) and LO's first ornament.

We got some handmade angel ornaments to remember a couple loved ones who've passed recently and a Big Ben ornament since we visited London this year.

Yup! A "dark knight rises" ornament for DH and a family 2012 ornament for us.

Every year I buy Hubs an ornament from a trip we've taken together. This year, I got him a Senoia (GA) ornament. Was really hoping to find a Peachtree City one, since that's where we got our BFP, but couldn't find any that I liked. Senoia works, though, because my friend owns a shop there, we loved the little town, AND it's where Walking Dead is filmed!

I like to pick up a few every year. I got a nice Santa and a bird's nest with 2 birds and a pink egg to commemorate baby girl on the way! I got them at this farm that does a huge Christmas display that we visit every year. And someone gave us one of those personalized pregnant couple ornament, lol.

We bought 2 at Pier 1. My mom and MIL each gave us a new ornament. I also picked up one when we were in North Carolina and when we were in the Bahamas.

We bought some personalized ones. One with little mittens that have all our pets name on them...then there was a Snowman and Snowoman one where the snowomen had a baby bump so its had DH name on the guy, my name on the girl, and then LO's name on the bump.

We each got a new ornament from each other in our stocking. I also got an ornament from my Aunt, she's sent one every year for the last 20 or so years. It was a great start for my tree.

We bought a plane and a train and painted a bunch of wooden ornaments I bought from the craft store. I use the word "painted" lightly...LO and I applied paint with brushes and sponges. Those are a bit Pollock-esque. I guess we had a abstract expressionist-transit tree!

I just bought a new ornament for my LO that was born after Christmas last year!

We bought a Lennox "Baby's first Christmas" a few weeks ago. But I just went and cleaned out Jonathan Adler's ornaments on sale like I do every year after Christmas.

We got about 16 new ornaments this year. This was after I said I wasn't even sure I was going to decorate or do a tree this year! But I couldn't help myself. I'm hoping to pick up some more during the after-Christmas sales.
