Yup for DD (friend party) nope for DS (family gathering).
Rainbow modeling clay, tiny paint palette, Hi-chew candies, silly straw, rainbow pencil, stickers (she only gets a party every other year). eta: sixlets and a helium balloon. It was a rainbow party

I bought stuff but miscounted kids so I either need to go get more or skip it all together. I had pencils, silly string, bubbles, straw, and glow bracelets.

Yep. DS had a star wars party, so we went to Target and Dollar store and got little things to put in there. Dollar Tree has Marvel themed candy, so despite not being SW, we got those, and then a bunch of star wars themed things.

I actually did for the few older children that were attending, but I totally forgot to hand them out! We did bubbles, side walk chalk, jelly bracelets and stretchy slinky bracelets for the girls, and a couple of other toys too. Nothing huge. And no junk food/candy.

@locavore_mama: That's the plan for now! It's more for my sanity. Their birthdays are within two weeks of each other! This year we were so busy with party arrangements that I forgot my own anniversary!

We had little beach buckets with the kids' names on them. I put a small craft (a picture of a sea animal with stickers to put on it to decorate), a little beach ball, sunglasses, candy sharks, and shark bubbles. It was a whale themed party but it's harder to find whale favors.

We only had 3 kids at DD's 1st birthday, so I got them each an age appropriate gift. Looking back now, I spent way too much -.-
For DD's 2nd birthday, no party favors.
For DS' the kids will take home a balloon and something else!

For DD's birthday we are going to do small favor bags for the kids, probably some candy for the adults. Nothing too big though.
