I always think it and it drives me nuts! When someone says it out loud I can't help but to laugh. Hehehe.

Hahaha!! My husband and I say it to each other allll the time and then he cracks jokes about how dirty whoever "she" is lol
With other people I generally don't although it depends on who it is!

@FutureMrsMcK: I'm glad I'm not the only one who high fives my husband! When we had our 20 week ultrasound and saw the baby in 3D for the first time I high fived my husband since we made such a cute kid : ) The ultrasound tech was dying laughing at us!

Not often, but my cousin-in-law say it all the time! I find it annoying sometimes because it can be somewhat far fetched to utilize the phrase and she still uses it.
