I didn't get the present, and the idea is a little off-putting to me. Maybe it's the name like some PPs have said.

Sort of? I got 2 diamond stacking rings for my birthday in November and DH said one of them was actually my "push present." But I exchanged and upgraded both to one different ring. So I guess I got a birthday/early-push present?

No push present for me but we were moving shortly after he was born. I am hoping for a necklace with DS's birth stone for mother's day though.

I told him for #2 though, I want a house! Completely kidding of course since its my salary we put in savings so I'd be the one buying it technically. But I do hope to own our home by number two!
