One of the clubs I sponsor at school is hosting the Homecoming Dance tomorrow evening. It is our annual fundraiser & we use the money raised to shop for needy kids at Christmas.
Did you enjoy going to dances in high school? I went to Honecoming with a group of girls my senior year, but didn't go to any others...not even prom!

Just proms; I went to several. I can't say I truly enjoyed any of them. I liked dressing up, but the actual event was only so-so. Then again, I didn't drink in high school, so maybe those having a ball were intoxicated.

We had a mid year formal called Snowball. It was like prom but way more laid back. It was so much fun. I went three times I think.
The only other one I went to was prom. It was lame. Lol

The only ones I went to were prom. I did go to a lot of middle school dances though.

Yep! All of them I think. Just with friends my first two years and mostly with boyfriends my second two years.

I love dancing, so my friends and I went to all of our local dances (homecoming and prom) and then neighboring schools' open dances or those we got invited to. I think the less-formal dances were way more fun and laid back.

I went to one homecoming, my senior ball and banquet, and senior prom. I only had a date to senior prom, and I enjoyed hanging out with my friends more than the dancing.
