I didn't go to any dances in high school!
Didn't think spending money on a dress, hair, shoes and etc was worth it.

I wasn't into them when I was younger, but I went to homecoming and prom in my later high school years. I saved up the money myself and went all out with the dress/hair/nails/etc.

I went to some of them, but not all of them. I wasn't into dancing, but I did love getting dressed up.

Totally missed out on that part of high school. I was....awkward.

I wasn't allowed to go until my senior year! Then that year I went to Homecomng, Turnabout and Prom.

I went to all of them, I was on the planning committee for most of them. I was a total joiner geek

I went to all 4 of my homecomings and my junior prom. Never went to my senior prom because my then-bf and I were fighting. He was a year older than I was, so he was a freshman in college and refused to go to a HS prom. He also "forbid" me to go alone (with a group of girls.) Yeah, sooooo glad I broke up with him
Anyways, I always loved getting dressed up for dances!!

No. I was NOT a fan. I went to one winter formal because I got voted into "royalty" so I HAD to, and then I did do 3 proms. I didn't mind the pictures and social part, but I HATED the awkward bump and grind dancing...awkwaaard...

i went to almost all of them throughout HS: homecoming, proms, senior balls, etc. i LOVED them. i was also in ASB, so i helped plan, but for the most part, everyone i knew (from band to honors classes to athletes) went to dances and had a great time.

Homecoming, Prom, and Sadie Hawkins... but not until my junior and senior years!

Pretty sure I went to all of them. We had a bunch throughout the year so not all of them were big dress-up, hair and nails things. I wouldn't say I loved dances but I guess it was more about not wanting to miss anything!

I only went to prom. I had/have a phobia of dancing (because I'm horrible at it!).

All of them! I went to Homecoming, Winter Ball, and Prom all 4 years, plus all of the random ones throughout the rest of the year. I was on student council (which usually hosted the dances), so it was pretty much mandatory. Plus, who are we kidding, I LOVE to dance!

I went to a lot of them except for the homecoming one. I had dresses already or borrowed from friends and never spent money on doing my hair. I just had my mom do it which was just curling it or I just went as is. I spent money on hair and a new dress, etc for prom though!

We had really casual dances aside from prom events so I went to a lot. They were so fun!

I went to two homecomings and one prom. All of them were with DH and we had a lot of fun. I still regret that I didn't go senior year.

Yep! Everyone of them! I loved them. Not sure how it is other places but we went all out asking and answering our dates!
