I don't think I'll be in the bridal party for my brother's wedding...maybe I can be an usher or the flower girl manager! I'm excited!

I didn't go to my sister's wedding because it was a destination wedding and I was 38 weeks pregnant. But I consulted on design ideas, flowers, her dress, etc

My brother was a groomsman in my wedding, but I wasn't involved with his.

My sister was engaged and I was a bridesmaid, but the engagement fell through.
My SIL is getting married and I was supposed to be a bridesmaid but my due date is just 3 weeks before so I declined. I did take her engagement photos and will be designing her invitations though.

My sister was my MOH; she's not even in a relationship right now!

I was a bridesmaid for my brother's wedding. For our wedding, my brother was an usher. My nephews were ring bearers for us. We had my SIL read the prayers of intention.

I was a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding and he was a groomsman in mine. I will also be a bridesmaid in my husband's sister's wedding this summer.

My brother is five years younger than me, and not married. He was a groomsman in our wedding, though!
I was a bridesmaid in DH's brother's wedding last year. DH was the best man.

I was MOH in my sister's wedding and she was mine. I was a bridesmaid in both my brothers' weddings and both my brothers stood on my side for our wedding in my "bridal party". My siblings' spouses had other parts in our wedding ceremony.

I was asked to be in my sister's wedding, but she got married in a mormon temple (and I'm not mormon) so I couldn't go in so I didn't really see the point?
I read at my brother's wedding. That was a pretty big part since they only had a 2 person bridal party.
My brother was in my wedding (he walked me down the aisle) and my SIL helped me get ready (I borrowed her veil and it's good luck to have a happy wife help you put the veil on). Their two daughters were flower girls.

I was a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding. My sister isn't married. She was a bridesmaid in mine. My brother was an usher and SIL helped organize everyone down the aisle!

My sister and I have been left out of the bridal party for my brothers (second) wedding. My sister is upset about it but honestly, I'm excited to be able to party and not have any responsibility or have to wear a heinous dress!!
I've been there and done that for my sisters wedding and brothers first wedding.....and I'm over it!

My brother isn't married yet, but I was a bridesmaid in SIL's wedding. It was fun! We didn't have a bridal party, but we had SIL read during our ceremony (my brother couldn't make it).

Matron of honor for sister, and I'm pretty close to my brother's baby mama so if they get married I imagine I'll have a role...youngest brother isn't even dating seriously so idk if I'll have any part. I'm okay with just getting an awesome gift in place of the cost of a bridesmaid's dress

I will be my sister's matron of honor at her wedding this summer. None of the rest of my siblings are married yet. DH's only sibling isn't married yet, but I assume DH would be his best man. Our siblings were our maid of honor/best man at our wedding. My sister was going to ask DH to be an usher with my brothers, but now we have DS and someone needs to watch him during the wedding so he won't have a role.

My sisters aren't married, but I was my SIL's MOH. And my older sister was my MOH. My BIL just proposed, and I'm fairly certain I'll be a bridesmaid in that wedding.

I was Maid of Honor in my older sister's and a bridesmaid in my younger. They were both bridesmaids in mine.

My sisters were my MOHs! I wasn't in my older sister's wedding but we were just really starting to develop a relationship at the time (much older stepsister, lots of family drama) so that was totally acceptable. My younger sister isn't married yet but I will definitely be VERY involved in her wedding. She's already toldme that I'll be MOH and I'm pretty sure, given the extreme closeness of our relationship, that I'll be involved in all aspects. I'm excited! Too bad she's not even dating anyone right now....HA!

I was the MOH an only bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. My BIL just had his brother on his side. It was a super small, family DIY wedding.

My sister got married on Saturday! I was the MOH, planned 90% of the wedding and handmade at least that much. I helped pick out her dress, the groomsmen clothes, planned their honeymoon and so much more. My sister works basically nonstop and I am on a computer all day so I was able to look up/book/DIY more things than her. She helped when she could and gave the final say on stuff, but since they had to rush and get married so quickly b/c of the venue date..it was a madhouse!
In SIL's wedding last month DH was their escort to the ceremony and ushered people down the isle. He sang all of the music for the ceremony in her first wedding.
My sister was my MOH and my SIL was my MatronOH.

BIL was an usher at our wedding and did a reading. DH was officially "an usher" at his wedding, too, but he didn't really have to do anything!

@chopsuey: No, I didn't ask! I will wait.
@Cherrybee: My kind of usher!
