My brother and I had a shared piggy bank. It was an old school kind that you had to break to open. Most of the money in there was money our parents' friends gave us. Money is the customary gift in Korean culture, even for young children.
When we cracked it, we took the money (I forget how much it was), and went to Disneyland!

I would just put my money in a jewelry box. I had lots of piggy banks because I always collected piggy things, but I didn't use them for money.

I had one that had a rubber stopper at the bottom. I think piggy banks are cute. I want to get one for LO.

i did! I had a plastic piggy I got from korea! We figured out how to get money out of it too.

I had a small purse, well actually just a pretty bad with a zipper, & I was really good about saving my money & hated spending it.

Yeah, we did but it was usually always empty. If we had money in there, it didn't last long before one of us took the money out.
