We had 5 total! The flower girls were 6, 3 and almost 2 at the time. Ringer bearers were 6 and 3. All our nieces and nephews. They were so cute and took their jobs very seriously.

I had two flower girls (both where 3, my nieces) and my nephew was our ring bearer (he was 2).

We had 1 ring bearer who took his job very, very seriously!
We had 4 flower girls; first we only had 2 but at the rehearsal dinner our friends’ little daughters were having so much fun playing with our flower girls that we asked them if they wanted to be flower girls, too! Haha, lots of notice!

Nope. We had a very intimate wedding, and no concrete wedding party.

Nope; we had a big wedding but we weren't close to any little kids that we wanted to have participate in the ceremony. If we would have had nieces or nephews or little kids that we were very close to we would have definitely incorporated them though We had lots of little kids at the reception and they were awesome!

Nope! We didn't want too many people involved in the wedding party, and we didn't have any close little kids that could walk well at the time.

@yoursilverlining: aww I love love that you asked them last minute to be fg!!!

I wasn't going to have any, but my brother suggested I have flower girls since his daughters didn't have any unmarried aunts left.
So I asked my three nieces to be flower girls. My sister called the night before to say they wouldn't be there (major drama with her) so I ended up having 2 flower girls, they were 8 and 5.

We we had 2 flower girls (my nieces 4 & 18 months) and a ring bearer (2 years old). My oldest niece took it upon herself to be the "head" of the group & she practically dragged the other two down the aisle It was pretty cute.

Unofficially/sort of.
We had a very small intimate wedding. DH's son and daughter walked him down the aisle (one on each side), and SD had a small bouquet (because when we got engaged she instantly named herself flowergirl). We had a ring warming ceremony - where everyone "warmed" our rings with their love and positive thoughts and my nephew walked them around the circle from person to person.

I had 1 of each.
Our ring bearer was DH's nephew. He did an awesome job! We didn't think he'd do well since he was young, nor stand up there with us for the whole ceremony, but he killed it. He walked down the aisle like a champ and stood by the groomsmen's sides the entire time!
Our flower girl was DH's cousin's daughter, she was 1.5 at the time. We looked at her like she was our own daughter so it was a duh decision for us. Was a bit shy so her aunt walked her down the aisle.

We have three ring bearers (our nephew and then my two pseudo-nephews) and one flower girl (our best man's daughter). The flower girl was beyond adorable... I wanted to steal her!

We had 2 of each! The boys were my godsons (my 1st cousin's sons) and the girls were my cousin's daughter and the daughter of a good friend.

We didn't have a ringbearer (no little boys in our lives), but we had two flower girls. My cousin (7 or 8?) and my cousin's daughter (2-ish). They did very well. In retrospect we could probably have had one in charge of the rings, because why does that have to be a boy's job, but they loved the flower petals.
Also, the younger one was flower girl in her uncle's wedding a few months later, and she went most of the way down the aisle, then threw the basket and turned and ran. It was pretty priceless.

We had a flower dog, my dog who I've had since I was 17. She nailed it!

@alphagam84: Aww that is so cute!! We got married at church and had an indoor reception; my biggest sadness for that day was that my dog couldn't join us!

@alphagam84: Love it!!
I had 2 flower girls (both 2ish), my cousin's daughter and my best friend's daughter. I had 1 ring bearer (4), my cousin's son.

Nope! We didn't have kids at the wedding and we don't have any nieces or nephews yet.

Nope. We had too many nieces and nephews to pick from and I wanted a small bridal party. Though my evil SIL dressed up her children to make it look like they were in the wedding - flower girl dress and tux.

My nephew (6) was my ring bearer and my god-daughter (3.5) was the flower girl. They were adorable!!

Nope! None. No little kids in our family and our only friends with any children only had a 5 month old at the time!
DD is going to be in my sister's wedding in November though! She will be 17 months.

We had DH's youngest siblings as our flower girl/ring bearers. They were 3, 7 and 9 at the time.

No-- we didn't have any little kids we were close enough to want in the wedding at the time. If we got married now I would have my two nephews.
I'm hoping C gets to be a flower girl-- I've got one single sister left and my two BILs are both a ways away from getting married, so fingers crossed

I had one of each! My flower girl was 11. My ring bearer was 4. They were super adorable together.
