Home. But I didn't make DS's a big thing...just family. Probably will do the same for the next kid.

Home. Maybe we'll do the next baby's at a park since it will be winter, but LO is a summer baby and it's too hot.

Ours was small with just both sets of grandparents, us, and my brother. We went out to brunch and then came home for cupcakes.

At a restaurant. Sad for the un-firstborns, but most people downgrade their other children's parties lol.

We had it at a Korean Chinese restaurant. Don't think I could have handled all the cleaning / prep that would've gone into hosting 80 ppl at our home!!

At home; but I love to cook and make DIY decorations and things and we only had about 30 guests, so it was manageable.

At home but it was a small affair and we didn't want to pay resto prices for food.

We plan to do at home because I can't resist a chance to make all the cute invites and decorations for a party. We'll see how I feel when I am a sleep-deprived mother of an almost 1yr old.

neither. we rented a room at our local nature center. it's pretty pricey but our house is no where near big enough and i am definitely not paying for 30+ people to eat at a restaurant.

Restaurant. Our home is tiny & we wanted to invite our friends - 5 had just had babies that year!
Not sure what to do this year...

I'm so torn. Now I'm leaning towards home but ugh I hate the cleanup part.

We had it at our home because its large enough, plus this mommy forgot about his birthday until a week before.

Neither - we reserved a spot at a nearby community park and her 1st there.
