HAHAHAHA! That cracks me up!!!!!

Yes, I did have a stuffed animal. 3 main ones actually. But my favorite was "Lamby" my lamb (I was original huh). I talked to Lamby all the time and we did everything together. And yes, Lamby talked back. My mom would even have Lamby talk to me to get me to wake up. She did the best Lamby voice

And now confession time. I still have all 3 stuffed animals. In my closet. And sometimes DS goes in there and gets them (he seems to prefer Lamby too), and I have slight panic attack that something might happen to Lamby!

My husband actually passed on his long time stuffed animal, a fat cat named mongo, to our son. Mongo definitely "speaks" to us. He also has a one eyed polar bear named rocky bear who likes to eat buffalo wings. he said when he picked up rocky bear at the store, he purposedly picked the one with the missing eye because he figured no one else would want to buy it.

I had a stuffed elephant named Packy. I used to talk to him all the time. I even made Christmas lists to Santa on behalf of Packy. I think my mom might still have him packed away somewhere.

Yes, we had long talks, my bff was a teddy bear too. I still remember when they stopped talking back, it was really weird to hear the silence, I felt like my magical powers had gone away.

I had a stuffed dog named "Doggie" - how original, right?! I actually still have him. He "lives" in a box in our closet. I took him everywhere with me and I definitely talked to him but he didn't talk back to me...

I actually hope that our future kid(s) will have a favorite stuffed animal like I did!!

I was a stuffed animal addict. I had a stuffed rabbit (her name was Hoppity) that I spent LOTS of time with. She even went with me when I had to have surgery when I was 4 (I had an umbilical hernia repair) and the children's hospital in Boston gave her a hospital bracelet!

For my 5th birth I got an Abu stuffed animal (from Alladin) that I carried around so much that his arms and legs started falling off and I would put on my Mom's stethoscope to play doctor and sew it back on.

And I had a TON of other stuffed animals. My love for stuffed animals lasted WELL into elementary school (which I'm not sure is "normal") and in the 4th grade my mother and I went up to Vermont to go skiing and stayed at the Hugging Bear Inn (http://www.huggingbear.com/) which was like heaven to me. They have a stuffed animal shop and the whole bed and breakfast is just covered in teddy bears.

I had a couple, I used to play house with them and make my little brother use different voices for them and I would voice my barbie dolls.

DH was an only child and he said that he did that a lot when he was young. They were his siblings/friends

lol had TONS of stuffed animals, but they were just collecting on my wall shelf. never played with them, talked to them, or had them talk back.

i wonder if boys had more imaginations then girls?
