I heard it on the radio on the way in to the office today. I tried to convince my boss that we should close early in observance... so far she's not on board : )

I did know! But only because my phone calendar has it on there. I'm going to a nice, American baseball game tonight and will be wearing red, white, and blue...so that's how I'll be celebrating!

I only know because it's on my calendar. I imported all of the special holidays into my phone.

I had to do some promotional work (press release, ads, etc.) for our city's Flag Day celebration, so I realized this a couple days ago. (Nothing like last minute promotions!) I went out for lunch and there are American flags all over town, so I guess we go all out here in the midwest.

YES! I only know this because it's DH's and I dating anniversary! Today is our 8 year mark!!!<3 yes we still acknowledge our dating anniversary... we haven't gotten to our first year of marriage yet... it's in October!

@heartsnsunshine: We intend to continue to celebrate our dating anniversary too! I'm actually due 3 days after our dating anniversary so part of my is hoping the baby comes a few days early : ) We actually conceived on our wedding anniversary so that would be just too perfect!
