It's been so gorgeous here lately and we have been enjoying the light evenings. But the time change in combination with illness was rough.

Time change + a virus led to major sleep issues. I feel like I bounced back two months in terms of sleep training.
Love the extra daylight, though. 
So much easier to take a walk before dinner, which I try to make a daily habit of, but it sure was hard during the long cold winter.

We combined the girls' rooms the same weekend as daylight savings. It has been a disaster as far as sleep goes, and the extra sunlight in the evening isn't helping!

The time change messed with our sleep a ton for whatever reason, but the extra daylight has been so nice!
