We used to play every day in elementary school. Even though I was the second shortest in my class, I was one of the best! 
I am so down to play again... I should get a group together haha.

We didnt. We preferred four square and tether ball.

No, I didn't really like playing jumprope. We played on the swings, four square or tether ball.

Almost every day during the summer! NYC sidewalks were made for it! We also played double-dutch and other jumprope games. Oh, to be a kid again.

Chinese jump rope! We used to have competitions during recess.

I did for a while before my friends and I discovered the flipping bars. Looking back I can't believe we were able to spend full recesses just flipping around and around.

Yup! Chinese jumprope and regular jumprope and Double Dutch too! I miss those days!

I loved chinese jump rope! Do kids still play that nowadays? I forgot how to play though. I don't remember how the rope configurations go.
