Pretty much. Except I'm the oldest by 3yrs and I got such a hard time from my parents about everything! They were a lot more relaxed with my Sister.

Pretty similar. We are really close in age (3 of us in 3 years). My brother is the youngest and didn't have as strict of rules. i.e. he was 13 and I was 16 and we had the same curfew. Made me so mad!! Other than that, pretty much the same.

Similar. But holidays are so much fun because we sit around and reminisce and although we're only 2 years apart and grew up in the same house, with the same parents, we have hugely different perspectives/memories. It's fun to hear what he remembers vs what I remember. And it's hilarious when we start talking about who caused what fight and stuff like that my brother and I get along really well as adults.

I'm the oldest of three. My brother is 4 years younger than me, and my sister is 7 years younger than me. We still argue over who had what, and how I got the short end of the stick. For instance, cell phones weren't a "thing" until I was a high school senior. I didn't even have one until I went to college, and by then, I paid for it myself. My parents got my siblings a cell when they were high school freshman. 10+ years and I'm still like "BUT YOU GOT THEM A PHONE!!!"

Not really. My family moved several states when I was almost out of a HS and my bro was still in elementary. They divorced when I was away in college and my bro was in middle school. Our memories and opinions of our parents differ based on our unique experiences.

The first two of us had relatively similar experiences... but the second two had a pretty different life due to changes in circumstance, location and religious stuff. I don't think one was particularly harder or easier but they were really different.

I have 5 siblings and we are *very* spread apart in terms of age. I think the first 3 had a similar upbringing (parents were MUCH stricter and much more poor), and the last 3 of us had a similar upbringing (parents were more laid back by then--but still strict!-- and dad was making a lot more money by then so we definitely never wanted for anything--still not spoiled though!).

Or maybe it's more of a first 2 had it pretty rough, 3rd child straddled both worlds, and last 3 had it a bit easier. I'm in the last 3. We turned out really differently, too. My two oldest siblings didn't finish college, but the last 4 of us did (even my sister who is mentally ill finished her BA), and I think some of that is because we didn't have to work as much around the house/get jobs so young to help.
