Did it affect your milk supply?

I take allergy shots a d the occasional Claritin ! Hasn't affected my supply

Yup. I took it once and my supply tanked for a couple of days. I thought it would be better than taking cold medicine. I was wrong.

I think I took Zyrtec without a problem. Avoid Sudafed and Benadryl if possible because I'm pretty sure there are ingredients in there that will lower your supply. I took Sudafed once when DS was about 7 mos. and noticed him struggling with getting enough. But, after it was out of my system my supply rebounded.

I have been religiously avoiding sudafed and such. I'm not willing to risk a drop in supply.

I took Claratin a few times but never risked sudafed.
