I threw up during my entire c section and for 2 days after. I was incredibly sick. I was given several bags of fluid and zofran just to calm my stomach. It was awful.

Every time they did an internal check and once when I was in the OR while they were prepping the sterile field. Thank you nausea brought on by my constant magnesium drip!

I did but only when they said I could push with LO1. My nerves got the best of me and I threw up right there

Only with my first even though I had an empty stomach. With my second, I actually ate during labor but didn't throw up. With my third, I ate a big lunch before labor started but also didn't throw up.

No, but very nearly with both c-sections. I felt more nauseous afterwards than during.

No, I'm a frequent puker so I was surprised. I think I asked for container at one point with LO1 but I didn't make use of it. I ate many meals while on my hands and knees in labor.

Yep, in transition and then after my c section I also threw up while on the table.

Yes, I was vomiting/dry heaving pretty consistently between contractions for probably 2-3 hours during early labor. It was awful. My water broke (at home) during one strong contraction/simultaneous vomit episode. Definitely not my finest moment!

lo1: yes a few times after trying the gas and while in transition
lo2: none!

Yes! That's how I knew I was in active labor and it was time to go to the hospital. I threw up a few times at home and then a few more times at the hospital.

I threw up after my c-section. Apparently the sudden hormone loss can do that? I was scared to hold DS at first but the nurse told me it can actually help level you out, and it did!

Yup, once.. I think it was close to or during the ring of fire. It was just bile though b/c I hadn't eaten in 2 days (long induction)

Yep. I puked when we got into the labor room. It was quite sudden!

I had always assumed I would since I threw up so much during pregnancy but never came close during labor. It was too fast I guess.

No and wasn't really nauseous. I felt pretty green after delivery for a while though. Actually for about the first week postpartum my stomach felt off and I was kind of queasy on and off. The 2 breakfast trays they brought me when I was in the hospital I couldn't eat.

I did with DD, just once I think.. I just felt super nauseous but thankfully did not vomit during active labor.

Right after with both but thankfully not actually on either. So glamorous!

Yep. Threw up 3 times during labor. One time I was sitting on the labor ball and it got all over me, the ball, and the floor. So gross.

During my emergency C-section! It was awful puking while laying on your back with your arm strapped down.

Nope I didn't. Seems I got lucky. I didn't realize so many people did!

No. I was so scared I would. They offered me clear liquids but I was afraid that would make me vomit.

I felt nauseated towards the end of labor with DS1 but never threw up. And I was totally fine with DS2. I'm a total puker so this really surprised me.
