I was afraid of the dark until I was 8! My brother teased me so much so I got over it after that!

When I was in my own room I didn't. When I shared with my younger sister we slept with the closet light on.

Yep! Mostly cause I got up so often to use the bathroom

Yes! And the light from it + a rocking chair used to cast a shadow on my ceiling in the shape of a shark that terrified that me. I kept telling my parents there was a shark in the room, and of course when they turned on the light the shadow would disappear so they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally we sorted it out, but I was a pretty anxiety-ridden kid!

Yes, a red Crayola crayon night light. I think I even remember when my parents got it for me from Walmart. I have always been a little afraid of the dark, even now! I'm such a wuss.

For a lil while, yes. Not sure at what age I stopped using it, but now, I can only sleep in complete darkness!

I don't remember using one as a child but as a single adult I had one in every room of my apartment/house. I hate walking into a dark room.
