Anyone have a nightlight they love for night feeding/nursing? Had something I didn't really like with LO1, hoping there is something better out there. Maybe something with a dimmer so I can try to not wake baby too much, or my husband?

We bought this one in setting up the nursery and I love it so far. It's touch-activated and you can adjust the brightness.

We had a lamp that we put a red light bulb into. However, we are in the city and have a lot of ambient light into the apartment.

I liked the Spoka from Ikea. It glows different colors and the warmer ones red, orange, purple are easy on the eyes. My least favorite is blue, but the colors all continuosly fade in and out. We only used the nightlight in the baby's room. He never was distracted by the light during MOTN feeds or diaper changes.

We used a sunrise alarm clock that we already had (it's incredibly helpful when you wake up really early and it's still dark out). I would just turn it on to the dimmest setting.

Seconding the Spoka from IKEA. We have the blue one and it stays on in DS's room all night. When it was in our room for the first few months it was never too annoying. It's also quite safe to leave accessible to toddlers.

Third for the spoka. I have one in each of my kids rooms. My big kid likes the blue light, but I leave it on orange for the baby.
@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: You probably know this but you can make it stay on a single color by clicking it a 2nd time on that color.

I used to use this for middle of night changing and feeding. I like that it's portable so I could easily take it from changing table to glider. It automatically shuts off after maybe 15 mins but you can also just turn it off.
And it has a handle so when they are older it's good for for night time potty usage.

I got one of these, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016NVSI7G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and love it. The possibilities are endless color wise and dimness wise. I believe it's suppose to last 10000 hours too.

We had these on all our lamps.
We also installed a battery powered push light on the wall for dim lighting over the changing table for MOTN diaper changes.

I used a himalayan salt lamp (with a light globe attached inside). really beautiful, soft light, but enough to be able to see properly. highly recommend!
