I used the munchkin duck one as our regular bath tub for a long time! My son loved it. It was a sad day for everyone when he outgrew it.

We used the munchkin duck for C. It's still in my closet and we will get it out soon'ish. You can use it for quite a long time. But I think we stopped using it once C was sitting really well and knew not to head dive into the water anymore.

@snowjewelz: Probably just over the 1 year mark? He kept wanted to climb on top of the head and sit on it there so I had to take it away.

We've been using the duck tub for about a year and it just got a slow air leak so it needs to be re-inflated every time we bathe her. I hate using the big tub because it wastes so much water, but I can't find a reasonably-priced tub big enough for a toddler so I'm not sure what we're going to do. I've heard of people using plastic storage bins as bathtubs but haven't tried it myself. I think DD is going to miss the duck when the leak finally gets too bad and we have to retire it. Maybe I'll just get another, it's cheap.

and loooooove it. My 3 year old still takes a bath in it and loves that we can fill it all the way to the top so she can stay nice and warm I liked that it accomplishes what an inflatable does (smaller space, less water) but it's super easy to fold and put away, is bpa-free and even more convenient than an inflatable

@CObee: is it really big enough for a 3-year-old? I was considering that one but so many reviews said it was really small and I haven't been able to find one to look at in person.

@PurplePeony: she can still sit with her legs fully extended and still has a lot of fun in it, but it is starting to look a little cramped we'll probably set her free in the big tub in the next few months. its been perfect for us though. Def wouldn't fit two kids but for one its great! Just don't fill it all the way up for really little ones, they kind of...float with all that baby fat

We used that ducky tub as our travel tub and a little play pool. We did not use it as our everyday tub. We used the puj tub and then moved to a bath ring (which I know have all been recalled but I feel they are perfectly safe when common sense is used).

@twodoghouse: That's what we did, too, and it worked out well for us. I also didn't want more gear cluttering up our house - we have enough baby stuff as it is!

@SweetiePie: That's so crazy, we have the Mommy's Helper one and love it! It has a little saddle to keep them from slipping under and we've used it indoors and outdoors. No problems here.

Also for travel the Mommy's Helper drying rack is awesome since I know you guys travel a lot.

@gingerbebe: maybe I just got a dud The little stopper in the main walls of the tub just wouldn't stay shut.
