I started spotting a little yesterday and have been EBF. However, LO, who is 3.5 months old started sttn about a month ago. Lucky, I know, but disappointed about AF's impending return.

It came back with a vengeance at 12 weeks. We are EBF and he sleeps anywhere from 4-6 hours for the first stretch at night, then usually up every two.

What's your definition of STTN? I got mine at around 9 months, at which point she only had one nursing session at 5am and had been STTN before then.

No AF at 7 months PP, but my LO is nowhere close to STTN since her 4 month sleep regression.

Nope. LO started STTN at 6 weeks and AF didn't return until 6 months.

Nope. LO had been STTN for months before AF returned. FWIW, my OB said she sees more of a correlation between AF and how many times a baby eats in a day than STTN.

Mine just showed at 8 1/2 pp. he's been sttn for months and I've been only pumping 3x a day for at least 2 months. It's really hard to predict, but sttn doesn't mean the end!

7.5 mo in and still no AF. DS has been SSTN consistently since 5 mo. My definition of STTN is no night feedings.

Three months after STTN AF came back. Three days after solids.

Not yet. LO is 8 months and started sttn at 6.5 mos (10+ hrs straight). Hoping it stays away until we wean!

Miss A is almost eight months and usually has one night feed with the occasional STTN and no sign of AF yet although she does feed up to eight times during the day.

My LO started sleeping through the night 8+ hours at 8 weeks. I'm now 8 months pp with no AF yet! I nurse twice and pump 3-4 times during the day on weekdays. I go from 5 pm to 5 am with no pumping or bfing, hoping AF will continue to stay away!
