I haven't the slightest clue what our LO will look like. We had a 3D u/s and in the pictures we captured she looks a lot like DH, I wasn't expecting such a resemblance. But really, even with the pictures, I still really can't picture what she'll look like.... can't wait to meet her!

I think it's hard for me to visualize because my husband and I look so different! I'm 5'5", petite, black hair, brown eyes, Asian. He's a 6'3" German with blond hair, blue/green eyes, muscular. Who knows what genes she'll get! haha

I couldn't picture #1 while I was pregnant, but after she came, I sorta felt like she was exactly what I expected, if that makes any sense at all?

And when expecting #2, I had always heard moms of two say, #2 looked so much like #1 as a baby especially... So I expected that... And yes, after she arrived, I found myself saying, "She looks so much like #1 when #1 was a baby!"

@banana: haha we were kidding around the other day wouldn't it be weird if we had a ginger?!?! He's half Irish on his mom's side and some of his facial hair is orange! So there's some dormant genes in there....hehe

@Mrsdaredevil: I was so scared bc LO had a HUGE nose in her high resolution ultrasound...someone even commented "wow, what a schnozz on that one!". But she doesn't have a huge nose...it must have been in tht stage if development or something.

Anyway I could not really picture what my baby girl was going to look like...I'm Asian and my husband is white...and i just could not picture what she was going to look like...but she really is more beautiful and more adorable than I ever could have dreamed up. But when they pulled her out she looked like an angry gremlin/sumo wrestler...I was in shock but once I held her in my arms (I had a csection) I thought she was so cute

I hope she gets a combination of both of our looks. That's what I imagine her looking like, both of us. I would love for her to get my skin color, though. He's pretty pale and burns easily. I have skin that tans easily. I can't wait to meet her!!

Yes and no. I thought she'd have fair skin and dark hair, with dhs round face and my nose. And she was all of that, but she still didn't look how I thought she would.

Nope. Had no idea. When our first son came out the first thing I remember saying was that he was soooo cute! The same with our second. I couldn't even imagine what they would look like. So far, both boys are a good mix of both of us and they don't particularly look a lot like either of us.

My husband and I said that he better not get my big ears of my husband's big nose lol well he got both!!

He did get my eyes and I thought he would. Still waiting to see if he got my curly hair
