What did they get?
M got all Hanna Andersson from my mom (her new obsession that I have no problem with). 
She got two dresses with matching leggings and a pair of jammies. She also got a pair of slippers but they're too big right now. Ooops.

Yep! From friends we got clothes from baby gap a giftcard to ha, Carters, and a few random brands that Nords carries! Keeping most of the items!

My mom gifts way too many clothes. They range from practical to wth is this?! Same for brands.
We got some other clothes from friends that are really useful and we'll be keeping. He has too many toys as is and I told them he didn't need anything so they got him clothes instead. Works for me!

Mom got T a bunch of HA jams in her current and next size. And a couple outfits.
My MIL got her a giant bag full of Carters & Gymboree stuff. Like 20+ items and most of them are in her last size some in her current size. So much stuff. I'm exchanging most of it for bigger sizes.

@littlebug: Same thing here. MIL got him 15 different sleepers, all in a size too small for him already. I wish she would have just asked me!

We mostly got clothes in the next size up from family and friends which was greatly appreciated. But my MIL bought some random sizes including a heavy sweatshirt and pant set in 12 months that likely won't fit DS until the middle of summer. Not sure what she was thinking with that one. Going to see about exchanging sizes.

Yep. They got gruffalo pjs, Peppa Pig pjs and dressing gowns from my sisters. They both got clothes from my mum and DS got clothes from others. It was awkward because they bought for his age and he is wearing way bigger than that so they realised they wouldn't fit him as they handed them over

Nope. Closest thing would be 2 fun bath towels. Not sure he'd appreciate clothes at 2 1/2. The soon to be born babe got some new clothes from relatives though.

My son got quite a few things, lots with trains or construction equipment on them- clearly the grandparents have been sharing his interests with the rest of the family!

Both kids received clothes from aunts and uncles on DH's side of the family. Mostly Carter's and clothes from Macy's. I'm only keeping a few items, and the rest will be returned. I'm sad about the fleece footie pajamas because I love them but my kids do not.

Sooo many clothes in the next size up, and a couple in his current size. It's great because I don't see having to buy any clothes for him until next summer. They came mostly from my mom's side of the family.

Yes. Mostly stuff she won't fit into for a while, which is nice. My mom got her some super cute Christmas pjs. My mil got her stuff in her current size that will only fit for a few more weeks. But all in all, lots of cute stuff, and we're very grateful.

@mediagirl: My MIL "discovered" HA this Christmas too. DH said "how do we get her to discover that Mini Boden you keep spending all our money on?" Ha!
They got HA jammies and Univ of IL clothes from the ILs. My mom got them some Carter's and Children's Place stuff too, but she knows they have a lot of clothes so they don't need much. She just likes to get matchy things for the cousins!

Yep! My grandmother got her a really pretty smocked dress that should fit around Easter. My FIL got her a gorgeous red satin dress and cashmere hat and booties from Ralph Lauren. I've got to find somewhere for her to wear the dress!

The toddler got loads of clothes in the size she is just growing into. People had asked what she wanted and we didn't have a lot of warmer clothes for the winter so it was perfect. A few things that aren't really practical or more style but nothing I won't keep.
The baby got a few things, not a lot but more than she needs. But not complaining! For both it was mostly brands like Carter's or Childrens Place.

Yup, they got some stuff from Gap and Walmart. Mostly play/daycare clothes which is what they need.

Pretty basic stuff 
pajamas, childrens place/carters outfits. I've become a lot less invested in him wearing "cute" outfits and more getting daycare-appropriate clothes (aka sweatpants and dark-colored shirts hahah!) so it fit the bill. He definitely doesn't get enthused about clothes though

Yes. My mil and SIL prob bought her around 30 different outfits between Christmas and her December birthday. They're the next size up too. This is basically the reason why I've barely had to buy clothes.
