I'm so proud of Charlie. He didn't cry at all when he started his first real day of public pre-k today. I thought for sure he would cry because he is very attached to us, and he usually does cry!
This is the moment where I truly feel like he is growing up. It makes me a little sad... his babyhood is behind him!... but more happy and excited about all the great things that are yet to come.

My son started his new preschool 2 weeks ago and cried every morning. Well, this morning we explained to him that we will ALWAYS pick him up and that he doesn't have to worry about that, ever. So he should just go and have fun. And that mommy will pick him up later. He said "ok!" and ran inside his classroom without crying! So proud of him! And I agree that it's also kind of sad. He's growing up so fast! sniff sniff..

Yay for Charlie!
Chloe started pre-school today and didn't shed a tear. She ran into the school and into her room, and didn't even notice when I left.
It's not like I expected fireworks or a parade, but HELLO, how about a hug goodbye? I was chopped liver this morning.

LO just moved to the toddler class, she cried for the first 3 days. It was especially hard because the infant room is right next door and she could see her old teachers through the window and she really wanted to go to the infant room.. but then she adjusted by the 4th day
