My 12 week old just started STTN but now she has a slight diaper rash since we have not been changing her. So I guess I will wake her up for a diaper change before I go to bed maybe? Bummer! We use disposables. Did this ever happen with your LO? I hope she goes back to sleep easily!

Do you put any ointment on her before bed ?? We do a preventative layer before he goes down to help protect his bottom. Also heard using pampers baby dry at night helps

@coacheswife123: yes, we put ointment but maybe the diaper isn't absorbent enough so I bought pampers for tonight although just regular, no baby dry at the store. We had been using seventh gen.

Never!
I use ointment & Baby Dry pampers every night. He sleeps 13h and has been averaging around that since 10w...never had a rash. If he poops at night, we have. Blowout because I think the full diaper just can't hold poo too;) but that's my only compliant. -
We use triple paste as a preventative and baby naty dipes. We don't change overnight and no rashes!

Only when she would have big poops. We were using pampers swaddlers. I would recommend putting triple paste on before your LO goes down for the night, that should help if switching diapers doesn't!

Lo doesn't, I put a barrier cream on straight after her bath. She doesn't poop in her sleep so it's only ever pee, but had no problems.
