She did!!! Lately she's waking up in a great mood and I love it. She was an absolute doll and we got ready for daycare with 0 tantrums!
When she was was an infant she always wake up crying.

Yep, She woke up saying "uh oh" in her crib (for no apparent reason). She was smiley and laughing while we all got ready! Makes the mornings so much nicer

Absolutely not. She's been waking up way too early. Today she woke up before DH left and lost her mind when he left for work. We're treading on thin ice over here.

He woke up really early and is still chatting in his crib. He's woken up really early all week he can't seem to adjust after traveling. He was a cranky boy yesterday. Hope it's better today.

Sort of. I had to wake her up, so she wasn't happy with having to get dressed right away, but she was babbling all the way to day care.

They both did!! Which is rare, usually one is miserable. We like mornings like this.

Yep, we have a gate in front of her door now so she has to call out of us. She was yelling "momma I'm up" "momma wake" and I went there and she got super excited to see me, so we went and cuddle in bed for awhile!

They are still sleeping but I'm hoping so! I have an eye appointment that I have to drag them along to so I need them to cooperate for me.

Yup! She usually does, even if it's earlier than I'd prefer. DH gets her up and changes the diaper then brings her to me in bed to nurse her and she was extra cuddly today, too. She makes mornings so much better than they used to be, even if they are way earlier than pre-baby!
@Running Elley: what a sweet face to wake up to! Also I love her sheet, so cute. If I was single I would want them on my bed.

@Foodnerd81: Yeah, I'm kind of obsessed with her bedding too lol. I'd love it for myself!
@mfa_lady: Thanks!!
Update: DS woke up happy too!! I heard him babbling a little and then he shouted "Breakfast!! Mommy! Breakfast!" LOL

Yup! She slept in until 7 and Dh had to go and wake her. She was so so happy all day

No. She did not. She's been waking up at 5 am for some reason the last few days. She pretty much yelled from 5am - 830am and then I got her for a nap. She was happy after nap though! And this is the first day in 5 days that she's gone for her second nap.

Both kids slept until 7 and by the time I went to get themat 7:15, they were very awake and chipper. Of course, DD wasn't happy when I put her down without her milk but she perked up soon after. I guess milk is her coffee?

Yup, she did! She woke happy as a bird at 730 and it was glorious since she's been having issues sleeping due to teething.

Kind of. I half woke her up since it was already 8am. She also wasn't in the greatest of moods the rest of the day

Yes, he gave me hugs when I came in (he had been up and talking to himself in his crib for a while) and asked to "turn on light" and suggested that we "play choo choo".

He was in a pretty good mood when I got him (he woke up before me) but threw a few fits before we managed to get out of the house. I made the mistakes of:
1) Offering him a bottle of milk
2) Getting him dressed but NOT putting his shoes on
3) Putting his shoes on and NOT immediately leaving the house
4) Asking him to go say goodbye to Dada
5) Opening the bedroom door he had closed so he could go in and say goodbye to Dada
He LOVES daycare, and I think he was just mad that it was taking so long to get going!

He always wakes up in a good mood...BUT then daddy leaves to work and saying goodbye is HELL. I have to grab him so he doesn't chase his car DH calls us once he gets to work and then LO cheers up.
This issue is new because LO used to stay asleep until long after daddy left the house:/ So, now we're working on some plan for DH to hide and leave without LO ever seeing him in the AM.
