I think our dog knew early on when I had bad morning sickness, he always wanted to snuggle and would wait in the bathroom while I threw up. At 20 weeks his protective instincts kicked in big time and he doesn't like to leave my side.

Omg I posted about this a yr ago.....I came back from a crusie with DH and thought she was just missing me.......acting very clingy and such......I even said maybe she knows I'm pregnant.....well I was!!!!

My husband actually pointed this out to me because I was a little oblivious to it but my dog became more attached to me with each pregnancy. She also always tries to lay in front of my stomach. For example, when I lay on the couch she needs to be between my stomach and the rest of the room where as normally, she just curls up near my legs.
