I've always heard the second LO's come earlier, but my friend just had her baby and she went past her due date which didn't happen with her first LO.

DD, who is older, was born 40 weeks 6 days (I was induced) and DS was born 37 weeks 1 day (my water broke).

i haven't had LO #2 yet(3 1/2 more months) but she will be earlier than my first. DS was born at 40w 6d, via c-section. this time i'll be a scheduled c-section about a week early.

Technically later BUT I was practically induced with G so there really is no way to know when he would've come on his own!
In my natural birth group many of the 2nd & 3rd time moms went later AND had more prodromal labor leading up to D-day with their subsequent pregnancies.
I'm really hoping this isn't the case with me next go round... 3 days of consistent prodromal labor was enough for a lifetime! lol

A week earlier according to my edd. But I thought that was wrong throught my pregnancy. I had days of on and off predromal labour though! My second labour was longer too.
